Recruitment Position: Assistant (Stationed at Jakarta Factory, Indonesia)

  1. Recruitment Targets

Candidates familiar with Indonesia, fluent in Chinese or English for seamless communication between China headquarters, local clients; fresh graduates are welcome. Majors in Chemical Engineering and International Trade are preferred.


  1. Job Responsibilities

This role focuses on customer management, business follow-up and internal & external coordination, supporting the chemical additive manufacturing plant and linking China headquarters, local Indonesian clients as well as the full production, warehousing and logistics processes. Specific duties are as follows:


  1. Customer Relationship Maintenance & Daily Communication (Core Duty)

Maintain daily communication and customer relations with local Indonesian clients; respond promptly to inquiries, demand feedback and reconciliation requests. Conduct regular client visits, collect feedback on product quality, delivery and after-sales service of chemical additives to build stable partnerships and improve customer retention. Sort out customer files, update cooperation status, purchasing demands and ledgers for systematic management of customer resources.



  1. Full-process Order Follow-up

Handle customer inquiries, quotation confirmation, order negotiation and contract verification; assist in order entry, confirmation and filing. Track the whole order process including production scheduling, stock preparation, delivery, logistics and acceptance, update progress to clients and China headquarters proactively, resolve delivery abnormalities to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.



  1. Cross-department & Cross-border Coordination

Act as the core communication hub connecting the factory, China headquarters and local clients: coordinate with internal production, quality inspection, warehousing and logistics teams to convey special client demands and delivery requirements, resolve issues in production, shipment and sample testing; liaise externally with local clients, freight forwarders and logistics providers to coordinate shipment arrangements, document verification and delivery tracking for efficient business operation.



  1. After-sales Problem Handling & Follow-up

Receive, register and conduct preliminary communication for after-sales requests. Coordinate with factory quality inspection, technical and sales teams at China headquarters for product consultation, quality disputes and customer complaints, track resolution progress and provide timely feedback to clients to close after-sales cases and reduce complaint risks.



  1. Business Document Sorting & Data Reporting

Sort, verify and file sales contracts, order documents, logistics papers, reconciliation materials and customer registration documents. Compile monthly/weekly reports by counting order volume, shipment data and payment collection progress, and submit reports to China headquarters to guarantee clear and traceable business data.



  1. Auxiliary Business Development & Daily Administrative Work

Monitor local market trends and collect information on competitors and industry dynamics; assist in client visits, business negotiations and sample delivery, and complete other customer coordination and factory administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.


Job Requirements

1.Fluent oral and written Chinese or English

2.Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Business Administration or Chemical Engineering preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are acceptable.

3.Competencies: Familiar with basic business communication procedures; strong communication, coordination, stress tolerance and problem-solving skills; meticulous, responsible and service-oriented.

4.Experience: Prior experience in foreign trade order follow-up, client liaison or factory business assistance is a plus; full training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.

5.Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office for independent ledger and report preparation; compliant with company rules and able to work long-term on-site in Indonesia.
